Despite the growing demand for personalized travel experiences, travelers struggled to find authentic options, and content creators found it difficult to monetize their influence. We needed to design a platform that connects travelers with unique, personalized experiences while providing creators with effective monetization tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both users.

Our problem
Traviz aims to provide travelers with authentic, personalized experiences and offer content creators effective monetization opportunities. However, users currently find it difficult to discover unique travel options, and creators struggle to monetize their influence. The platform needs a well-designed, user-friendly interface that connects travelers with the experiences they seek and enables creators to generate revenue, meeting user expectations and fostering ongoing engagement.

The solution for this project at Traviz was meticulously crafted through a structured and iterative design process. Adhering to the Double Diamond method, I navigated through key stages, leveraging various methodologies to ensure a well-informed and user-centric outcome.This structured approach allowed us to methodically progress through the design process, from understanding user needs to refining and testing potential solutions. The utilization of various research methods, design iteration rounds, and extensive usability testing ensured that our final solution for Traviz not only addressed the complexities of the travel industry but also resonated positively with our user base. The iterative nature of our design process, coupled with user feedback, facilitated the creation of a robust and user-friendly solution for Traviz's unique challenges.
