Our problem
Layla is determined to build her confidence but often feels lost and unsupported. She struggles with motivation and lacks a community to encourage her. She needs to find an affordable, accessible solution that truly meets her needs.

How might we use the insights and advice from friends, family, and others to help motivate users to build their confidence?
How might we make the journey more engaging for the user?
How might we help users set smart goals and milestones so that they stay motivated?
Solution
screener Survey: 50
Interviews: 8
Design Studio: 2 rounds
Design Iterations : 3 rounds
Usability Testing: 24

The design sprint employed the Double Diamond method to stay focused and organized. User research included 50 screener surveys, 8 interviews, and competitive analysis using the Octalysis Framework. During the "define" stage, the problem statement was refined based on research findings. The team conducted 3 rounds of design iteration and 3 usability tests with 24 users to develop the best solution.
